The most in-demand expertise includes cards portfolio management, project and product management, data analytics, business development, and risk management, with rates starting at $300 (Dh1,100) per day.
The 2025 Talent on Demand report, published by independent talent marketplace Outsized, reveals a staggering 78% surge in freelancer sign-ups across the MENA region over the past year.
High-Paying Freelance Roles in the UAE
Azeem Zainulbhai, Managing Director for MENA and India at Outsized, highlighted that independent professionals’ earnings fluctuate depending on experience, industry demand, and project complexity.
