Islamabad, Aug 11, 2025: The 2026 Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship is now open for international students outside Japan who plan to join graduate programs at the Asia Pacific University (APU). This program is open for both Master’s and PhD applicants, and No IELTS is required.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship 2026, applicants must:
- Not hold Japanese nationality (including dual nationality)
- Live outside Japan until the program starts
- Not have stayed in Japan for more than 31 days, except under special family or exchange program cases
- Have Japanese language skills at least equivalent to JLPT N4
- Be born after April 2, 1980
- Not have been a Rotary Yoneyama Scholar before
- Obtain a student visa to study in Japan

How to Apply
- Apply to APU and request to be considered for the Rotary Yoneyama Scholarship via the APU Online Application System by October 20, 2025.
- Submit a separate application to the scholarship organization around October 2025.
- Wait for APU to issue a Letter of Recommendation after admission results.
- Submit the recommendation letter to the scholarship organization for final consideration.
