The Gold Price in Pakistan fell on Wednesday, with 24 karat per tola gold dropping by Rs. 1,400 to trade at Rs. 355,200, compared to Rs. 356,600 recorded on the previous day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold declined by Rs. 1,201, settling at Rs. 304,526 from Rs. 305,727. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22 karat gold also saw a decrease of Rs. 1,101, reaching Rs. 279,158 from Rs. 280,259.
Silver prices also witnessed a downward trend, with per tola and 10 grams rates reducing by Rs. 96 and Rs. 82, trading at Rs. 3,935 and Rs. 3,373, respectively.
On the international front, gold prices fell by $14, landing at $3,325 from $3,339, while silver dropped by $0.96 to $37.02 from $37.98, the Association reported.
