Islamabad, June 19, 2025: The price of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs. 460 per tola and was recorded at Rs. 358,595 on Thursday, compared to Rs. 359,055 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
It is important to note that the value of the gold has decreased for the past three consecutive days this week, making Thursday the fourth straight day of decline.
The rate of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also fell by Rs. 394 to Rs. 307,437 from the earlier Rs. 307,831, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold slipped by Rs. 361 to Rs. 281,827 from Rs. 282,188.

Similarly, the per tola and 10-gram rates of silver also fell by Rs. 58 and Rs. 49, now standing at Rs. 3,820 and Rs. 3,275 respectively.
In the global market, gold’s value declined by $6, dropping to $3,372 from $3,378, while silver’s price slid by $0.83 to $36.37, the Association shared.

Analysts attributed this downward movement to changing investor sentiment and fluctuations in global demand.
Market observers are closely monitoring the situation, as gold price in Pakistan continue to adjust to both domestic and international pressures.
