Islamabad, June 17, 2025: Gold price in Pakistan witnessed a notable decline both domestically and internationally, reflecting shifts in the global bullion market.

In the local market, the rate for one tola of gold dropped by Rs 1000, settling at Rs 361,300. Meanwhile, the rate for 10 grams recorded a decrease of Rs 857, reaching Rs 309,756 marking a significant dip for gold investors and traders.

On the international front, gold rate in Pakistan mirrored the global trend, as the value of gold per ounce fell by $16, bringing it down to $ 3,398.

The rates of per tola and ten-gram silver went up by Rs. 69 and Rs. 59 to Rs. 3,856 and Rs. 3,304 respectively.

Analysts attributed this downward movement to changing investor sentiment and fluctuations in global demand.
