Islamabad, Sep 23: In comparison to the previous trading day, when it was sold for Rs. 272,500, the price per tola of 24 carat gold dropped by Rs. 600 on Monday, selling for Rs. 271,900.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold dropped by Rs 471 to Rs 233,110 from Rs 233,625 while the cost of 10 kilos of 22 carat gold dropped to Rs 213,685 from Rs 214,156.
At Rs 2,950 per tola and Rs 2,529.14 per gram, respectively, the price of silver did not change.According to the Association, the price of gold dropped by $5 to $2,617 from $2,622 on the global market.
