Islamabad, Oct 8: Gold Prices in Pakistan Decline Following Minor Increase Yesterday. Tuesday saw a 1,000 rupee drop in the price of gold in Pakistan following a day of slight increases.
According to the All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of 24 carat gold dropped by Rs. 1,000 per tola to Rs. 274,700, while the cost of 10 kilos dropped by Rs. 857 to Rs. 235, 511.A day earlier, the price of the precious metal on the local market jumped by Rs. 200 per tola.
According to the Association, the price of gold dropped by $9 to $2,647 from $2,656 on the global market. Silver prices per tola and per ten grams stayed at Rs. 2,614.88 and Rs. 3,050, respectively.
