Islamabad, Sep 4: On Wednesday, the price of gold fell in Pakistan in tandem with the global market’s dip.
The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reports that the price of gold dropped by Rs1,400 per tola, to Rs260,100.
In a similar vein, the price of 10-gram gold fell by Rs. 1200, selling for Rs. 222,994.
On the other hand, the price of silver per tola was steady at Rs 2,950.
The price of gold dropped by $17 per ounce on the international market, bringing the price down to $2,481 (plus a $20 premium).

This decrease follows last month’s record high of Rs263,700 per tola for gold in Pakistan.
