Islamabad, June 18, 2025: Gold rate in Pakistan witnessed a notable drop for third consecutive day, both domestically and internationally, reflecting shifts in the global bullion market.

In the local market, the rate for one tola of gold dropped by Rs 2,245, settling at Rs 361,300. Meanwhile, the rate for 10 grams recorded a decrease of Rs 1,925, reaching Rs 309,756 marking a significant dip for gold investors and traders.

On the international front, gold price in Pakistan mirrored the global trend, as the value of gold per ounce fell by $16, bringing it down to $ 3,398.

The rates of per tola and ten-gram silver went up by Rs 22 and Rs 19 to Rs 3,878 and Rs 3,324 respectively.

Analysts attributed this downward movement to changing investor sentiment and fluctuations in global demand.
