Islamabad, Oct 12: Pakistan Gold Rate Approaches Record High Following Second Consecutive Rise. 24 carat gold was sold for Rs. 275,500 per tola on Saturday, up Rs. 1,600 from the previous trading day’s sale price of Rs. 273,900.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association, the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold climbed by Rs. 1,372 to Rs. 236,197 from Rs. 234,825 while the cost of 10 grams of 22 carat gold jumped to Rs. 216,514 from Rs. 215,256.
Silver prices per tola and per ten grams stayed at Rs. 2,614.88 and Rs. 3,050, respectively.According to the Association, the price of gold on the global market rose by $16 to $2,656 from $2,640.
