Islamabad, Oct 28: Gold Rate in Pakistan Sees Slight Decrease but Remains Near Record High. Pakistan’s gold price closed at Rs. 283,400 on Monday, a little decrease from the previous day.
The All-Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association released data showing that the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs. 771 to Rs. 242,970, while the price of 24 carat gold dropped by Rs. 900 per tola to Rs. 283,400.
According to the Association, the price of 10-gram, 22-karat gold also decreased, from Rs. 223,430 to Rs. 222,722. It is important to remember that on October 23, the price of the precious metal reached an all-time high of Rs. 285,400.
The price of 10-gram silver and per tola stayed at Rs. 2,872.08 and Rs. 3,350, respectively. According to the Association, the price of gold dropped $9 to $2,739 from $2,748 on the global market.
