Islamabad, July 18, 2025: The rate of 24 karat gold increased by Rs. 2,500 per tola and was sold at Rs. 357,600 on Friday, compared to Rs. 355,100 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

It is important to note that this rise follow a three-day downward trend, during which gold prices dropped by Rs. 4,600 per tola.

The cost for 10 grams of 24 karat gold also saw an increase of Rs. 2,143, climbing to Rs. 306,584 from Rs. 304,441. Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 22 karat gold increased by Rs. 1,964, standing at Rs. 281,045 compared to Rs. 279,081.

The rates of silver per tola and per 10 grams rose by Rs. 48 and Rs. 44, now priced at Rs. 4,012 and Rs. 3,439 respectively.

Meanwhile, the global gold price appreciated by $25, touching $3,351 from $3,326, whereas silver’s rate rose by $0.48 to $38.28 from $37.80, the Association reported.
