The federal government has announced new petroleum product prices for the next fortnight.
According to a notification issued by the Finance Division, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs. 4.07 per liter while the price of high-speed diesel has seen a hike of Rs. 4.04 per liter.
The new price of petrol will be Rs. 264.61 per liter while the new price of high-speed diesel will be Rs. 272.77 per liter.
The new prices of petroleum products will be effective form midnight today, i.e. October 1, 2025.

At the last fortnightly review of petroleum prices, the government had kept the price of petrol unchanged while increased the price of high-speed diesel by Rs. 2.78 per liter.
