The Paigham-e-Aman Committee will be chaired by the Federal Minister of Information and Broadcasting and will bring together respected religious scholars, faith leaders, and officials from key ministries. Members include Senator Hafiz Abdul Kareem, Mufti Abdul Rahim, Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi, Peer Naqib-ur-Rehman, Dr. Muhammad Raghib Hussain Naeemi, Maulana Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi (Coordinator NPAC), Bishop Azad Marshall, Rajesh Kumar Hardasani, and Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora, among others. Representatives of provincial and regional peace committees, approved Madaris Boards, and senior government officials will also join as required.

The committee will outline its Terms of Reference (TORs) during its first meeting before forwarding them for approval to the National Committee on Narrative Building. With a multi-faith and cross-sectoral structure, NPAC aims to develop and promote Pakistan’s cohesive national voice against divisive elements.
By forming the Paigham-e-Aman Committee, the government reinforces its commitment to building harmony, promoting tolerance, and ensuring that peace and unity remain central to the national narrative.
