Islamabad, May 27, 2025: As anticipation builds for Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 6, the internet is once again buzzing, this time thanks to a fresh rumor about the game’s single-player storyline.

Originally expected to drop in Fall 2025, Rockstar Games recently postponed the launch to mid-2026, claiming the delay will help them further refine the highly awaited title. Soon after the announcement, the studio dropped a second trailer, packed with scenes from actual gameplay and cinematic sequences, captured entirely on a PlayStation 5 console.

While Rockstar has kept official story details under wraps, fans are losing it over a new leak suggesting GTA 6 could feature the most extensive story mode in the franchise’s history.

A known fan account on X, GTA 6 Media, claimed the game’s main storyline is estimated to last between 45 to 50 hours, almost 20 hours more than GTA 5’s narrative. Add in optional side missions and extras, and full completion might take players over the 100-hour mark.
