Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Branch Manager in HBL’s Islamic Banking Division, your core responsibilities include:
- Leading the branch team to exceed sales goals while nurturing client relationships.
- Creating a customer-first environment by ensuring excellent service standards.
- Managing daily branch operations with a strong grip on regulatory compliance and internal controls.
- Ensuring the team follows HBL’s Islamic banking policies and operational procedures.
- Implementing growth strategies across key performance indicators (KPIs) including deposits, financing, and service quality.
- Coaching and mentoring staff to maximize motivation, efficiency, and productivity.
- Managing branch expenses and staying within budgetary constraints.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and business targets under pressure.
- Knowledge of Islamic banking products and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with branch sales planning and customer relationship management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in banking, preferably with a focus on Islamic banking or branch management.
