Islamabad, Sep 17: Holiday Inn & Suites Islamabad DHA II is the result of a partnership between MGC Developments and IHG® Hotels & Resorts, which is extending its footprint in Pakistan.
An agreement to franchise the project’s construction in DHA II was signed today.The 150-room hotel will join IHG’s network of more than 1,000 active Holiday Inn hotels worldwide when it opens in August 2028.
The hotel, which caters to contemporary tourists, will have the brand’s ground-breaking Open Lobby design, which unites dining, working, and leisure areas into a multipurpose center. The hotel will provide meeting rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, a bar, an all-day dining restaurant, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Holiday Inn’s well-known “Kids Stay and Eat Free” program is another perk for visitors. This development makes use of the developing, unbranded hospitality market in Pakistan. Anticipated to be constructed in DHA Phase II, the hotel will provide convenient access to Islamabad’s cultural sites, such as Pakistan Monument and Faisal Mosque.
IHG presently runs 193 hotels across Africa, the Middle East, and South West Asia, and 160 more are scheduled to open in the upcoming years.
