Islamabad, Mar 13, 2025: Huawei is set to introduce its latest foldable smartphone, the Pocket 3, in the coming week. Although the company has yet to confirm the official name, Huawei’s senior executive, Richard Yu, has hinted at the arrival of a “surprise product.”
This new device will be the first to operate on the brand’s HarmonyOS Next platform, completely independent of Android.
The Pocket 3 is expected to bring notable design upgrades over its predecessor.
According to well-known insider Digital Chat Station, the foldable will feature a 6.28-inch inner display with a wider 3:2 aspect ratio, offering a more immersive, tablet-like experience when opened.
Externally, the cover screen is anticipated to be 3.48 inches, making it slightly larger than most flip-style foldable devices.
On the photography front, the Pocket 3 is rumored to sport a 50MP primary camera, ensuring high-quality imaging.
Reports also suggest that the device may offer some level of water and dust resistance, although specific certification details remain undisclosed.
