Islamabad, July 15, 2025: The decomposed body of Pakistani actress and model Humaira Asghar Ali was discovered last week in her Karachi apartment — nearly six months after her death, in a case that has left the nation shocked.
According to police reports, the landlord broke into the flat with law enforcement after repeated rent defaults and unanswered calls. Inside, they found Humaira’s body beyond recognition, abandoned in silence.
Investigations now point to a severe financial crisis that Humaira had been battling silently. In her final days, she sent “hello” messages to at least 10 contacts, including her brother, through WhatsApp — but no one responded. Tragically, these attempts went unnoticed until it was too late.
Police sources confirm that five individuals have already recorded their statements, while 63 more people are expected to be interrogated. The crime scene revealed no drugs or medicines, but items such as a dry bathtub, cigarette butts, and torn clothing were found.

It was also confirmed that her mobile phone was switched off after October 6, the same day she messaged five of her close contacts.

Her gym trainer revealed she worked out for nearly three hours daily. Humaira had also let go of her housemaid days before her suspected death.
