Islamabad, Jan 28: The Government of Pakistan has announced a significant number of teaching positions in the School Education Departments for the role of Elementary School Teacher (BPS-14), with a total of 257 vacancies available. The breakdown is as follows:
- Male: 212 positions
- Female: 45 positions

Written Test Details
- Locations: Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan, Karachi, and Quetta Cantonments.

- Roll Number Slip: Candidates must download their roll number slip from their online account and bring it to the test center.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: A 2nd Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) or equivalent/higher qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Age Limit: 18-30 years, with 5 years of general age relaxation.
- Age Determination: The age will be calculated as of the application closing date.
Age Relaxation
- Age relaxation may apply in specific categories, but candidates can only claim age relaxation under one category.
Interview and Selection Process
- Shortlisted Candidates: Based on the written test results, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- Interview Details: Candidates will receive details regarding the venue, date, and time of the interview via official letters.
- Documents Required for Interview:
- Original academic certificates.
- Government employees must bring a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
