Islamabad, 17 Apr 2025: Hungary has reaffirmed its commitment to educational collaboration by announcing a significant initiative offering Fully Funded Scholarships to Pakistani students.
This remarkable development was unveiled during the official visit of Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó to Islamabad, where various strategic agreements were signed to strengthen diplomatic and sectoral cooperation between the two nations.

Under Hungary’s international academic exchange framework, a total of 400 scholarships have been allocated exclusively for bright and ambitious Pakistani learners.

Speaking at a joint press conference with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Minister Szijjártó highlighted that more than 1,700 applications from Pakistani students have already been submitted, demonstrating a strong desire among youth to pursue international academic excellence.
