Islamabad, Oct 4: He was introduced as the chief guest at a seminar hosted by the Sukkur IBA University team at Fatima Jinnah Government Degree College in Gilgit.
During the event, he announced that Sukkur IBA University will offer scholarships to 20 students from Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) for the four-year BS program as part of the “OGDCL-National Talent Hunt Program 2024.
” He emphasized that this initiative would foster a competitive spirit among students and provide them with high-quality education for a secure future.
Fareed commended the Sukkur IBA management, particularly Attaullah Jatoi, Additional Director of Sukkur IBA, and his team, for organizing a series of seminars in public sector colleges in GB and for creating such valuable opportunities for students in this remote area.
Faculty members and students participated actively in the seminar and expressed their gratitude to the Secretary of HT&SE GB and the Sukkur IBA University team.
