Islamabad, Nov 5: IBA Sukkur Sets Seven Requirements for Conducting MDCAT Exam. A seven-point strategy to administer the MDCAT exam under their jurisdiction is urgently needed, according to a letter from the secretary of IBA Sukkur’s Testing Agency to the Sindh Health Secretary.
A quick online meeting with IBA Sukkur, PMDC, universities, and other relevant officials is also required, along with the prompt nomination of focus persons from the PMDC and Health Department. The letter was delivered as the exam deadline approaches.
MDCAT must be held within four weeks of the October 26 directive from the Sindh High Court. However, STS has been given the responsibility of overseeing the exam throughout the province because IBA Karachi has chosen not to participate in the test for the Karachi region. According to the letter, the court must approve this increased responsibility.
A charge of Rs. 6,000 per candidate was noted by the STS Secretary, who asked that it be placed into an official account fifteen days before to the test. He also demanded that an MOU be established with the Health Department and that candidate data from the PMDC portal be shared promptly.
The letter made it clear that planning won’t start until the Health Department has given its written consent. STS emphasized the significance of taking prompt action on all issues brought up, pointing out that any delay in meeting these requirements could interfere with the MDCAT schedule.
