Islamabad, Aug 9: Imam Masjid Al-Nabawi, Dr. Salah bin Mohammad Al-Budair delivered the Friday sermon and led the congregational prayers at Faisal Mosque. Thousands of worshippers from the twin cities attended the prayers. Among those present were ambassadors from Muslim countries, ministers, and distinguished figures from various walks of life.
During the sermon, Imam Al-Budair emphasized the importance of obedience to Allah Almighty and His Messenger (Peace Be Upon Him), spreading goodness, avoiding division, and fostering unity among the Ummah. He offered special prayers for the stability and prosperity of Pakistan. Additionally, he prayed for the alleviation of the suffering of Muslims in Gaza and Palestine.
