Islamabad, July 2, 2025: Harmanpreet Kaur made history as she led India to the victory after securing a 2-0 advantage in the five-match T20I series against England. On July 1, India win by 24 runs at County Ground, Bristol. Jemimah Rodrigues and Amanjot Kaur played pivotal roles, each scoring 63.

England’s top-order faltered, and despite Tammy Beaumont’s half-century, the hosts couldn’t close in on the target. This marked England’s first T20I loss at this venue.

England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt chose to field after winning the toss. Smriti Mandhana struck two boundaries in the opening over. Shafali Verma, surprised by a short delivery, was caught behind off Lauren Filer. Promoted up the order, Rodrigues capitalized on fielding restrictions. Mandhana, playing her 150th T20I, fell after a 13-run knock.
