Islamabad, Sep 11: India has reported a new India Mpox case, causing worries about the virus’s potential to spread. The 32-year-old male affected person just got back to Delhi from a trip to the Middle East.
He showed symptoms like fever, redness, and swollen lymph nodes, which led to his admission to a nearby hospital.
To stop the spread, health officials have started contact tracing.
This marks the country’s second India Mpox case this year, causing authorities to publish a warning about early detection and precautions. The public has been cautioned to exercise caution by the Ministry of Health.
