Islamabad, 8 May, 2025: The IPL match between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab, originally scheduled for May 11 in Dharamshala, has been moved to Ahmedabad.

The decision was reportedly taken in light of increasing security concerns, as Indian authorities assessed the possibility of a cross-border threat.

According to local sources, operations at Dharamshala airport have been suspended as a precautionary step, reflecting the seriousness of the situation.

Officials have not publicly confirmed the specific nature of the threat, but sources said the change was made to avoid any disruption during the high-profile match.
