India have announced their squad to play at the Asia Cup 2025, with Jasprit Bumrah set to make his highly-anticipated comeback and also getting a place is Kuldeep Yadav but Yashasvi Jaiswal does not get a place in the team. India, consisting of Suryakumar Yadav, will go to the UAE seeking a ninth Asian Cup title that will extend their winning record.

The team of 15 members is a mixture of youth and experience. At the centre of the batting order is Shubman Gill, Abhishek Sharma, Tilak Varma, and Rinku Singh with the backing of Suryakumar as the leader. Sanju Samson has been the preferred wicketkeeper and Jitesh Sharma sits as the understudy. The department of all-rounders is reinforced by Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel, and Shivam Dube.

In bowling, Bumrah is back in the T 20-I set up with missing white ball since the 2024 T 20 World Cup. He will be at the head of the pace attack together with Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana. Varun Chakaravarthy and Kuldeep Yadav lead the spin Unity and this makes the team well balanced.

India start off their campaign against the UAE on 10 September in Dubai and the group matches include Pakistan and Oman. Representing masters, the Super Fours will run between September 20-26 with the culminating final to run on September 28 in Dubai.
