King Charles III recently held the Indian Men’s and Women’s Cricket teams at Clarence House in London on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 marking a crucial interaction between the Royal family and Indian sports. This event served as a reflection to the enduring relationship between the two nations, underscored by their shared passion for cricket.


The King extended a personal touch to the Indian Men’s Cricket Team particularly after their narrow 22-run defeat to England in the third Test at Lord’s. He reportedly recognized the unfortunate nature of Mohammed Siraj’s discharge, conveying his empathy to captain Shubman Gill and noting the annoying way the ball broke the stumps.
