Islamabad, Nov 17: Production of Toyota automobiles in Pakistan will be temporarily halted from November 18 to November 20, 2024, according to a statement from Indus Motor Company (IMC).
The choice was made as the business battles a lack of necessary components and raw materials. IMC emphasized the difficulties brought on by continuous supply chain interruptions in a statement submitted to the stock exchange on Friday.
The company clarified that its capacity to sustain production levels has been directly impacted by the growing difficulty in finding key parts.
