Indian media reports say ACSU of the Indian cricket authority has flagged a Hyderabad-based man for allegedly trying to influence IPL participants through unethical means.
The individual is reportedly linked with known bookmakers and has a history of involvement in suspicious betting activities.

Investigations suggest that the suspect has been trying to infiltrate the league by posing as a cricket fan.
He has allegedly been seen at team hotels and match venues, where he attempts to strike up conversations and build relationships with players and officials.
Sources indicate that one of his key tactics includes offering expensive gifts such as jewellery and invitations to high-end parties.
There are also claims that he approaches relatives of franchise owners and team personnel, both within India and abroad, in an attempt to gain access to influential circles.
