Islamabad, June 17, 2025: In a dramatic escalation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has confirmed a direct missile strike on a key Mossad intelligence center in Tel Aviv early Tuesday. The precision strike was reported by Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency and marks one of the boldest military operations carried out by Iranian forces in recent history.
According to the IRGC’s official statement, the missile strike was executed by its Aerospace Force units and successfully penetrated the Israeli air defense system. The operation targeted the Mossad spy agency’s central headquarters, which is reportedly involved in orchestrating covert missions, including assassinations and intelligence warfare against Iran.
In addition to the Mossad facility, Iran claims the missile strike also hit Israel’s military intelligence directorate, known as AMAN. Both the Mossad and AMAN facilities are believed to play crucial roles in planning and executing hostile operations across the region. The targeted buildings are said to be engulfed in flames, suggesting substantial damage.

This IRGC missile attack comes as part of a broader wave of retaliatory strikes by Iran that began on June 13, in direct response to Israeli airstrikes on Iranian soil. Those attacks reportedly hit sensitive nuclear and military sites, as well as civilian neighborhoods, causing heavy casualties. Among the dead are senior Iranian military commanders, nuclear experts, and dozens of civilians — including at least 45 women and children.
The situation remains highly volatile as tensions between Iran and Israel continue to spiral, raising global concerns about a broader regional conflict.
