The projects are designed to position Islamabad as a regional tourism hub, generating employment opportunities, stimulating local business growth, and introducing eco-friendly transportation solutions to reduce traffic congestion, such as the cable car system.

The approved PC-II initiates a six-month feasibility phase. Consultancy firms will first conduct detailed technical and environmental studies. Following the positive feasibility outcomes, transaction advisors will be engaged to oversee the projects’ implementation, ensuring adherence to international standards and timely completion.

These ambitious projects are expected to significantly improve tourist infrastructure, create jobs, and preserve Islamabad’s natural beauty through sustainable and innovative designs.
