- LAHORE: On Wednesday, Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Minister of Punjab, declared that the province’s government aimed to equip young people with digital education and information technology (IT) skills.
Punjab CM and MPA Adnan Chattha met and talked about social welfare issues. MPA Chattha commended the chief minister for his tireless efforts on behalf of the Punjabi people during the first 100 days of his administration.The Youth Skill Development Initiative and the CM’s inventiveness in the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority were greatly praised by Chattha.
CM Maryam stated that by guaranteeing a bright future for the youth, the Youth Skill Development Initiative would mark a new chapter in Punjab’s development. Underscoring the significance of skill education, she said that 40,000 students would benefit from this initiative, adding that courses were being offered free in the training centres.
She hoped that these courses would enable students to become financially independent so that they could support their families.Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Special Assistant Zeeshan Malik, Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary also participated in the meeting.
