Sometimes by mistake we send balance to the wrong number. Jazz gives an easy option to reverse the load if both numbers are Jazz and the request is made quickly.
To return Jazz load in 2025 simply dial 553ReceiverNumberAmount# and confirm.
The receiver will get a message to approve the reversal and once approved the balance will be returned.
Keep in mind that load reversal usually works only within a short time after the transaction and both SIMs must be active. Also Jazz may charge a small fee for the service.
