Islamabad, Oct 2: K Electric Discount Programme Relief for Citizens. Electric has introduced the “KE Star Rewards” initiative, offering discounts to customers who consistently pay their bills on time, according to ARY News.
This rewards program aims to ease the financial burden on customers by providing benefits in areas like healthcare, lifestyle, food, and entertainment.
As part of the initiative, ‘Star Customers’ will enjoy discounts for making timely and full payments each month.
K Electric Discount Programme spokesperson Ovais Munshi highlighted that the company is the first in the power sector to launch a loyalty program, designed to foster a stronger connection with customers and promote a culture of regular bill payments.
Munshi also mentioned plans to offer more engaging opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
The loyalty program rewards Star Customers by offering a wide variety of discounts for making timely and full bill payments every month.
These discounts are accessible through the KE Live App, and most offers will renew monthly, allowing customers to benefit throughout the year.
Eligibility for the program is based on consistent bill payments, irrespective of the billing amount. This approach encourages more customers to prioritize paying their K-Electric bills on time, making them eligible for the rewards program. Terms and conditions apply to individual offers, but the aim is to provide ongoing value to regular bill payers.
