The platform delivers thoughtfully organized Islamic material in a simplified and all-encompassing format that addresses the spiritual needs of pilgrims, visitors, and Umrah participants.
This initiative aligns with the digital transformation strategy for enrichment services, establishing a fully unified digital system dedicated to offering religious and spiritual services customized for the requirements of visitors and worshippers at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.

President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, stated that the platform is the first, largest, most creative, globally reachable, and strictly managed smart religious portal.
Designed in multiple languages specifically for the presidency, it functions as a spiritual reference source for pilgrims, built upon a carefully curated and standardized database that aligns with global benchmarks.

The platform serves as an engaging hub powered by numerous smart functionalities. It includes several intelligent enrichment tools such as displays for prayer timings, updates regarding imams and muezzins, as well as timetables and venues for religious lectures.
A standout feature is the interactive navigation tool, allowing users to find service and lecture sites directly using digital maps within the application. The system also offers real-time answers to visitor queries via live chat and provides step-by-step instructions for performing prayers and ablution, along with explanations of Islamic vocabulary and principles.
