Islamabad, Apr 2, 2025: Saudi Arabia has implemented fresh travel limitations, preventing citizens of multiple nations from securing short-term visas, including business visit visas (both single and multiple entry), tourist e-visas, and family visit permits.
The countries affected by this policy include Pakistan, India, Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Algeria, Nigeria, Jordan, Sudan, Indonesia, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh.
Major Travel Restrictions:
- Citizens of these nations must leave Saudi Arabia no later than April 13, 2025.
- Holding a valid business or tourist visa will not grant entry beyond the specified deadline.
- Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a five-year travel ban from Saudi Arabia.
Officials have further clarified that individuals possessing multi-entry business visas will not be granted exemptions from these restrictions.
Travelers from the affected countries are strongly advised to refrain from planning trips to Saudi Arabia beyond April 13, even if their visa remains valid.
