Islamabad, Feb 26: Lenovo has unveiled the Legion Pro 34, its first-ever 240Hz OLED curved gaming monitor, designed to deliver a high-end gaming experience. This 34-inch display boasts a 3440×1440 resolution and an aggressive 800R curvature, enhancing immersion for gamers and content consumers alike.
The combination of a 240Hz refresh rate and an ultra-fast 0.03ms response time ensures smooth motion handling, reducing blur and ghosting, particularly beneficial for competitive gaming.
Equipped with an advanced OLED panel, the Legion Pro 34 offers deep blacks and vibrant colors, thanks to its 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and extensive color coverage, reaching 99% of the sRGB spectrum and 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It also supports HDR True Black 400, improving brightness and detail in both dark and well-lit scenes.
To optimize gaming performance, Lenovo has integrated AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and VESA AdaptiveSync, eliminating screen tearing and stuttering by synchronizing refresh rates with in-game frame rates. Additionally, the monitor carries VESA ClearMR 13000 certification, ensuring crisp images even during high-speed action sequences.
Connectivity options are a standout feature, with the Legion Pro 34 including HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, and a USB-C port capable of 140W fast charging. Additional ports include USB-A and an RJ45 Ethernet port for stable wired connections. The built-in KVM switch further enhances versatility, allowing users to control multiple devices using a single keyboard and mouse.
Lenovo has also prioritized ergonomic design, equipping the Legion Pro 34 with an adjustable stand that supports height, tilt, and swivel modifications for optimal comfort. The monitor is VESA mount compatible (100x100mm), offering flexibility for wall mounting.
For audio, the Legion Pro 34 features dual 5W speakers with Waves MaxxAudio certification, providing a rich sound experience. An AI-powered ambient light sensor automatically adjusts brightness based on surrounding conditions to reduce eye strain, while OLED burn-in prevention technology extends screen longevity.
Currently available in China, the Legion Pro 34 is priced at approximately $855. Lenovo has yet to confirm an international release, leaving global consumers eager for further announcements.
