Islamabad, 15 May, 2025: Mari Energies held a ceremony to inaugurate the “Mari Meals Program” as well as second phase of its flagship “Mari Kissan Dost Program”.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Faheem Haider, MD/CEO Mari Energies along with other senior management of the company.
The “Mari Kissan Dost Program” is aimed at empowering and economically strengthening the farmers of Daharki which focuses on the distribution of subsidy cards to 1000 farmers based in Daharki.

These cards will enable farmers to purchase high-quality seeds, fertilizers, sprays, and veterinary services at subsidized rates, thereby reducing their costs and increasing their profitability.
The first phase of the program, launched in April 2024 has been a resounding success, providing farmers with access to the latest agricultural techniques, weather forecasts, soil tests and onboarded farmers, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive agricultural value chain.
This initiative underscores Mari Energies’ commitment to the well-being of the local community.

“Mari Meal Program”, is an initiative which provides nourished meals to kids at their schools, was also launched at the ceremony. This Program is aimed to provide nutritious meals to over one thousand children of Daharki and surroundings, coming to Mari Model High School and Noor-e-Sehar School for special children.
Mr. Faheem Haider said that “Our goal is to empower the farmers of Daharki by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to increase productivity.
