Islamabad, Apr 27, 2025: NADRA has introduced new instructions for citizens visiting its centres to apply for ID cards and other official documents.

According to details shared by NADRA, applicants must bring their original documents when visiting the centres.

In official statement, it was clarified that photocopies are not needed for the issuance of B-Forms or registration certificates.

Officials also pointed out that using another person’s ID card as a guarantee holds no legal value.

NADRA further warned citizens not to share their personal information or fingerprints in return for financial rewards or offers.

The authority stressed that protecting one’s identity is crucial and that any misuse of personal data could lead to serious consequences.

In addition, citizens have been advised to avoid carrying unnecessary photocopies and instead ensure they have only the original documents required for their application process.

NADRA said this move aims to speed up services and reduce confusion at its centres.
