The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a system upgrade to improve its services for citizens. Due to this upgrade, some services will be temporarily unavailable on November 2, 2025.
According to NADRA, online services, including the Pak ID portal and mobile applications, will be affected from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Meanwhile, all NADRA registration centers across the country will remain closed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
NADRA officials explained that this upgrade is aimed at providing faster and more efficient services to the public. They requested citizens understanding and patience during the temporary disruption, assuring that all services will resume shortly.
