The NADRA Mobile Registration Drive UK is set to bring essential services to overseas Pakistanis in Blackburn (Manchester) and Sheffield (Bradford) on August 30, 2025. This initiative aims to make CNIC and NICOP renewals, along with Family Registration Certificates (FRCs), easier for Pakistanis living abroad.
The mobile units will operate at two locations:
- Blackburn (Manchester): 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM Location Map
- Sheffield (Bradford): 09:00 AM – 04:00 PM Location Map
Residents are advised to carry their old CNICs or B-Forms to speed up processing. Dedicated counters and female staff will be available to ensure comfort and privacy for women applicants.

NADRA also encourages overseas Pakistanis to use the Pak ID mobile app which allows users to apply for CNIC renewals, register births and marriages and submit applications for government jobs online.
This visit follows successful drives in Banbury and Brierfield earlier this month, underlining NADRA’ commitment to serving the Pakistani community in the UK efficiently.
