The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that it will conduct a scheduled system upgrade on Sunday, November 2, 2025, aimed at improving service delivery for users within Pakistan and overseas.

According to an official advisory, the Pak ID mobile application may face limited functionality between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. during the maintenance window. NADRA noted that the disruption will be temporary and only certain features of the app may be affected.

The authority further stated that NADRA services at Pakistani diplomatic missions abroad will remain unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the same day, with operations to resume once the upgrade is completed.

NADRA said the planned update is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the speed, reliability and security of its digital platforms for citizens around the world.
