The NADRA NICOP fees have been revised for Pakistani nationals living in Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The National Database Registration Authority (NADRA), which issues the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP), confirmed the update to make the process easier for citizens abroad.
The NICOP is an important identity document for overseas Pakistanis. It allows them to maintain their link with Pakistan while enjoying several facilities. Family members of overseas Pakistanis can also apply for this card.

Application Process
Applicants inside Pakistan can submit requests at any NADRA Registration Center. For those abroad, the card can be obtained from Pakistani embassies in Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. NADRA has also launched the Pak-Identity app, which allows overseas citizens to apply online from anywhere.

NICOP Fee Structure
- In Pakistan: Rs. 5,500 (Normal), Rs. 8,300 (Urgent), Rs. 11,000 (Executive)
- Online from abroad: USD 20 (Normal), USD 30 (Urgent), USD 40 (Executive)
The fees are charged in the local currency when applying through embassies in Arab countries. This step has been taken to make the process more convenient for overseas Pakistanis.
