Islamabad, Jan 30: Netflix has officially confirmed the streaming release of Pushpa 2: The Rule, the highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise. The film, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun as the iconic Pushpa Raj, has already generated immense buzz following its January 2025 theatrical release.

While the Telugu original, along with Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam dubs, will soon be available for streaming, fans of the film are eagerly awaiting the Hindi-dubbed version, which has unfortunately faced a delay. Despite this setback, Netflix has plans to offer an extended OTT version of Pushpa 2 with a significant bonus an additional 23 minutes of exclusive content. This extended version will bring the film’s total runtime to 223 minutes, surpassing the 20 extra minutes already included in the theatrical release.

Reports suggest that the Hindi-dubbed version may arrive around mid-February 2025, though Netflix has yet to confirm an official release date. This delay has led to speculation, particularly since the Hindi version of the film performed phenomenally at the box office after its December 2024 release, further heightening expectations for its digital debut.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Pushpa 2: The Rule continues the story of Pushpa Raj’s rise, with its captivating soundtrack by Devi Sri Prasad and additional scoring by Sam CS. The film’s success in theaters has only amplified the anticipation surrounding its digital release. The extended version will surely delight fans, adding more depth and content to the already action-packed movie.

Once the Hindi version drops, Netflix is expected to witness massive viewership, given the film’s success at the box office and its loyal fanbase. Fans can look forward to an enhanced Pushpa 2 viewing experience that includes new, exclusive material, making it a must-watch on the streaming platform.
