Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) plans to build three giant one-window centers in G-11, G-7, and Kahuta in order to improve service delivery in the city.
According to the specifics, this program offers a variety of facilities under one roof with the goal of making it easier for locals to access important services. Twelve counters offering various CDA services and another twelve offering services from the NADRA, police, FBR, passport services, and other pertinent organizations would be present in each center. These centers, which are a component of the Islamabad Digitalization Plan, will use digital integration to increase the effectiveness and accessibility of public services. The G-7 CDA Facilitation Centre, the first center, is presently undergoing upgrades that will make it a model for the others.
Once they are up and running, citizens will be able to pay for property taxes, utility bills, automobile registration, pensions, and identity cards, licenses, and passports. They will also make it easier to file complaints and submit FIRs, guaranteeing all-encompassing assistance for a range of requirements. The CDA has been instructed by Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to accelerate the project, highlighting its significance in decreasing bureaucratic hold-ups and enhancing public service efficiency in the capital.
