Sir Syed Express Will Restart Its Activities
According to Pakistan Railway, the Sir Syed Express would start running again on September 1, 2024. This train service will reestablish the vital connection between Rawalpindi and Karachi.
The catastrophic floods in 2022 forced the cancellation of the Sir Syed Express. An important first step toward the railway network becoming more normal is the reinstatement of this service. To guarantee seamless and effective operations, a private logistics company called R.A.S Logistics Services will work with the relaunch team.
