Islamabad, July 28, 2025: The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) of Pakistan has officially inked a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kyrgyz Temir Zholu, the railway department of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
The signing ceremony, a high-level affair, was graced by a delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic currently on an official visit to Pakistan, underscoring the strategic importance of this collaboration. Senior officials from NLC were also in attendance.
This pivotal agreement aims to fortify bilateral cooperation in the crucial sectors of logistics and transportation between the two nations.

Under the comprehensive terms of the MoU, both entities are committed to a joint endeavor to propel transport and transit trade forward. A key focus of the agreement is the shared development of international road and rail containerized freight services.
Furthermore, the MoU outlines plans for the construction of vital logistics infrastructure, including the establishment of modern terminals, expansive warehousing facilities, and efficient logistics hubs.
