What is This Program?
DAAD make this program to connect German universities with universities in other countries. Students study one part in Germany, and other part in partner university. In the end, they get two official degrees.

Who Can Apply?
Any German public or recognized university can take part. Students from both Germany and other countries can apply. But, if the partner university is in France, it not allowed in this program. France follow own system called Franco-German University (DFH).
